Your first free session with us will include a 1-on-1 assessment where our certified strength coach will run you through movement/mobility screens and performance tests in order to determine the best route forward to enhance your athletic development. Then, we will design an individualized program based on the findings of your assessment. You will be guided through your own program in a group setting, while our coaches assist you with form, technique, spotting, and any questions you may have.
